Six private investors have paid £3.75 million for a newly developed store at the junction of Jervis Street and Parnell Street, Dublin 2. The deal will produce a yield of 8.6 per cent, as well as capital allowances on 50 per cent of the cost. Multiple toy retailer Smiths will be paying a rent of about £350,000 per annum for the shop, which has 16,000 square feet at street level and 10,000 square feet in the basement.
