In Co Galway, Drimcong House, the award-winning restaurant in Moycullen, was withdrawn at auction and is now for sale by private treaty through Hamilton Osborne King for £880,000. The 17th century seven-bedroom house stands on acres.
In Dublin 4, Apartment 7 at 64 Pembroke Road, a one-bedroom apartment, was sold at auction for £222,000 through Daphne Kaye & Associates.
In Malahide, Co Dublin, Kinsaley House, Kinsealy, a six-bedroom Georgian house on four acres, was withdrawn at £1.5 million at a Denis Drum auction.
Elsewhere in Dublin, 20 Crannagh Road, a four-bedroom house in Rathfarnham, was sold at auction for £460,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Co Louth, Whitethorn House, Ravensdale, Dundalk, a four-bedroom house on 1.8 acres, was withdrawn at auction at £226,000 and is under negotiation through agents Gunne.
And in Co Galway, a three-bedroom house at Cregg, Kinvara, was withdrawn prior to auction and is now for sale by private treaty for £225,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

In Co Kildare, The Harbour Inn pub, Sallins, was sold at auction for £1,565,000 through Ferris O'Reilly.
In Co Meath, The Old Thatch pub in Drumconrath, was withdrawn by Gunne at £345,000.
