Keiron Diamond of Ganly Walters has completed lettings in the extension to the Superquinn centre in Bray, Co Wicklow. An additional 29,000 sq ft has been added and will be occupied by tenants such as Gloria Jeans Coffee House, Chartbusters, Bookworld, Mullins & Henry Optometrists and Lucan DIY. Zone A rents average around £30 per sq ft in the centre where Superquinn operates out of a store of 60,000 sq ft.
