Good-sized family houses are still scarce in the new homes market within the city boundaries and could be a good long-term buy for those who can afford to trade up.

Chapelwood is in Hollystown, Dublin 15, a quiet semi-rural area, about 14kms from the city centre not far from the airport and Tyrrelstown.
