Ratoath/from €270,000: Viewing starts this weekend at Foxlodge Manor, an attractive development of three and four-bed houses in Ratoath, Co Meath.

Agent Kelly Walsh Property Advisors will be taking bookings for 30 houses at this scheme, which will eventually comprise 121 homes. Prices at Foxlodge Manor start at €270,000 and go up to €275,000 for three-bedroom semi-detached houses of 89 sq m (960 sq ft).

Four-bedroom semis are priced at €375,000 for 133 sq m (1,433 sq ft) of accommodation. Detached houses with four bedrooms and 133 sq m (1,433 sq ft) of space are priced between €445,000 and €465,000.

Ratoath village is about 15 miles from Dublin, near Fairyhouse and a few miles from Ashbourne. The village has seen significant development in recent years and there are now in the region of 2,000 new families in the village.
