Nine units will be on show this weekend to coincide with the official launch by Sherry FitzGerald New Homes of the much anticipated Menolly Homes development called Dunboyne Castle in Dunboyne, Co Meath.
Around 200 houses and apartments have already been sold to a pre-launch register of interested buyers and 130 houses and apartments will be on sale this weekend. The scheme adjoins the grounds of Dunboyne Castle, an 18th century mansion which was the original seat of the Butlers, lords of Dunboyne, and is being transformed into a 147-bedroom hotel with full leisure facilities and spa.
The apartments have prices ranging between €220,000 and €240,000 for 60sq m (650sq ft) one-bedroom units; 73-79sq m (804-860sq ft) two-bedroom units cost from €270,000 to €295,000; 67-71sq m (730-770sq ft) two-bedroom apartments with out an en suite are priced between €255,000 and €275,000.
The high-quality fit-out for the apartments includes Bosch kitchen appliances, smart high gloss kitchen units, a dual aspect living area with beech fire surround and electric fire. Bedrooms have attractive white fitted wardrobes and the bathrooms have Porcelanosa ceramic wall tiles.
Ground floor apartments have terraces, first floor units have large decked balconies and second floor units have a small balcony.
There are 30 apartments available for sale this weekend and 100 three and four-bedroom houses in this phase are available in eight styles. There is a high quality spec throughout all house styles.
The 22 three-bedroom end-terrace houses, which are priced between €324,995 and €356,995, cleverly use all 110sq m (1,180sq ft) of living space. A sittingroom to the front of the house leads into a kitchen/dining area with room for a cosy living area beside sliding doors to the garden. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms, one with a generously-sized en suite, and a single bedroom.
Also on the market are 38 three-bed semi-detached houses with 100sq m (1,080sq ft) of living space, which are priced between €339,995 and €358,995.
There is also a limited availability of four-bed end-terrace houses, three-bedroom detached houses with a study, four-bedroom semi-detached houses, three-bedroom three-storey houses with two sittingrooms, and three-bedroom detached homes, with prices between €359,995 and €534,995.
All apartments and houses are wired for alarm and houses are pre-wired for cable TV, telephone and broadband.
