Stillorgan Shopping Centre in south Dublin is continuing to attract new tenants in advance of the planned expansion of the centre. The planners' decision to allow the centre to be redeveloped has been appealed to An Bord Pleanala. In the meantime Dynasty, the fashion accessories chain, is to open its twenty-eighth outlet in Stillorgan, where it will be paying a rent of £40,000 for 550 sq ft.

Another retailer, Gazebo, a furniture and interior trader, has taken a shop of 960 sq ft at a rent of £62,500. Letting agents Palmer McCormack are now looking for a tenant for a shop of 1,200 sq ft which was previously occupied by Prescotts Dry Cleaners. The rent in this case will be £85,000.
