HOK are also taking bookings for three, three-bedroom apartments, with at least 1,100 sq ft, which are priced from £350,000. The three-storey apartment block stands on a four-acre site, which originally formed the garden of Dunstaffnage House.

Capel plans to sell 10 penthouses in the autumn. The company is also involved in large apartment developments at Linden, in Blackrock, and at Riverpark, beside the Phoenix Park.
