A good example of this is the extremely stylish Brehons Chair scheme, off College Road, in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, where the final six houses are being released for sale this weekend. Prices for the three and four-bedroom detached homes will vary from £475,000 to £525,000, according to selling agent Ross McParland.
