All sorts of celebrities have been looking at the gorgeously revamped Georgian stable yard on the Headfort Estate in Kells, Co Meath. The early viewers have included RTE's Myles Dungan, whose father was once a bank manager in the heritage town of Kells. Questions and Answers host John Bowman was also seen looking at the Old Courtyard - where two-bedroom houses have been making £250,000 to £300,000. The joint agents, John Farrelly and Sothebys, also have a number of new homes in a second courtyard with prices from £210,000 to £250,000 and one of these was viewed recently by Riba McIntyre, the American country and western singer. The two courtyards are on the edge of Headfort's second 18-hole golf course, which is due to open early next year. All but four houses have been sold in the old courtyard and less than half the 24 units in the Lower Courtyard are still available.
