A 21,750-square-foot manufacturing and office building at Broomhill Business Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24, has been pre-let to Irish Printing Resources (IPR) at a rent of slightly under £6 per square foot. IPR, which has agreed a 20-year lease with a break option after 10 years, was taken over last year by UK-based Tinsley Robor. The Irish company supplies CD wallets and booklets and handles commercial printing.
Paul McNeive of Hamilton Osborne King, who handled the letting for the developers, Friends Provident, said the sale meant the two largest speculative developments in the Naas Road area had now been committed before they are completed. HOK recently sold a 30,00-square-foot plant at Westgate Business Park to Contact Papers for £1.5 million. The Phelan Partnership represented IPR.
