Recruitment group, Marlborough International is to sell its headquarters building in Tara Street, Dublin, 2, following its decision to rent offices at 111/113 Grafton Street.

Declan O'Reilly of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting a guideline price of over £1.2 million for the 7,500 sq ft building, which is to be auctioned on March 10th. There is planning permission for a new fourth floor, which would provide an additional 3,530 sq ft.
