An 8.5-acre site in a tax designated area beside Rosslare Harbour, Co Wexford, is likely to make more than £70,000 an acre when it is sold by Phelan Conan Properties on June 18th. Lisney is handling the sale of the site, which is ideal for a development of warehousing, light industrial and high spec offices. There is an existing planning permission for a 130,000 sq ft scheme which would include offices and warehousing. It would cover only 36 per cent of the site, so the new owners will have an option of seeking permission for a larger scheme. Tenders close with Lisney on June 18th.
