Navan's potential is one of its greatest assets. Within 10 years, there will be a fast rail and road service that will whittle the journey to Dublin down to just over half an hour. Apart from transport, there will be a whole range of sports and leisure facilities that will transform the town. The new Leisure Link complex has started the ball rolling. The Chamber of Commerce and Meath County Council are working hard to encourage industry to the town, so job potential is good. Houses are still relatively cheap - anyone getting in now should see their equity grow.
