We hear that the thing to do is commission a scale model of the proposed property, complete with grounds and little people. Until now, the model makers only got these type of commissions for large office or apartment developments or for important civic buildings. Now, however, they are building miniature homes for the very wealthy who, presumably, display them for all to see.
