A third office block at Cherrywood Science and Technology Park in south Dublin is due to be completed in the next week and is available for letting either floor by floor or in one lot.
The three-storey, 25,306 sq ft building is finished to the highest specification including air conditioning, raised-access floors and suspended ceilings. Jones Lang LaSalle, which is joint agents with Harrington Bannon, is quoting a rent of £18 per sq ft (€25.32) plus £400 (€562) per car-parking space.
Joint developers Dunloe Ewart, British Land and D·n Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are also completing work on a park centre facility building which will accommodate a creche, convenience store, park management, restaurant and banking facility.
Two other blocks in the Loughlinstown park are occupied by giant technology companies Dell and Lucent.
