Four-bedroom houses (1,250 sq ft) are built in one style and are priced at £135,950. This phase is on release for occupation from February to May, 1999 and the entire development should be completed within 18 months. The first phase of 70 units was sold out at the launch. Situated near the Royal Canal, Coolmine Lodge is well served by public transport. The ARROW suburban rail link provides rapid transit to the city, while the nearby Blanchardstown by-pass gives motorway access to the city centre. The M50 offers a connection with Dublin Airport and the rest of the city. The scheme is also within walking distance of Blanchardstown Town Centre and Coolmine Sports and Leisure Centre.
