Co Waterford: from €280,000 Waterford city agency O'Shea O'Toole is today launching the first eight units in a small development in the picturesque village of Stradbally, Co Waterford.

Prices begin at €280,000 for two four-bedroom semi-detached houses of 144sq m (1,550sq ft). Six three-bedroom detached bungalows of 111sq m (1,200sq ft) cost from €250,000.
A total of 24 units will be in the development when completed. The first houses are expected to be ready for occupation by the end of this year, according to the selling agent. The developer is T.McCarthy Building of Dungarvan.
A former Tidy Towns and Entente Florale winner, Stradbally is one of five coastal villages along the scenic Copper Coast between Waterford city and Dungarvan, a stretch of coastline with numerous sandy coves and cliff paths.
