Twenty detached four-bedroom homes at the Delgany Wood development near Delgany, Co Wicklow, are being offered for sale off plans this weekend. Prices range from £285,000 (€361,875) for 1,200 sq ft homes and from £375,000 to £400,000 (€476,152-€507,895) for particularly spacious units with 1,560 sq ft.
Situated 20 miles from Dublin city centre and close to Greystones DART station, Delgany Wood is set out in cul-de-sac formations with parkland, open spaces and cycle lanes. It will eventually have 50 homes. The homes, which have brick and cream rendered front elevations, are built to a high specification, including double glazed windows, part-glazed reception doors, high quality fitted kitchen units and bathroom suites.
Delgany Wood is being developed by Ventola, a sister company of Townpark Estates, which has been building homes in the area for many years.
The development is located close to Delgany village where there are small shops and a country market every Friday with plenty of home-baked goods, crafts, fresh flowers and vegetables. With the opening soon of the Southern Cross Motorway, Greystones/Delgany bypass and the Glen of the Downs dual carriageway, access to Dublin in the future will be greatly improved.
Joint selling agents are Jackson Stops and Ross McParland.
