In Dublin 7, a three-bedroom semidetached house at 116 New Cabra Road, was sold at a HOK Residential auction for £262,000.

In Swords, Co Dublin, Shane Redmond secured £236,000 at auction for 49 Rathbeale Road, a three-bedroom detached bungalow on 0.28 acres. A five-bedroom semi-detached house at 50 Weston Road, Churchtown, Dublin 14, was sold at auction for £292,000 by Christies.

An eight-bedroom bungalow at 24 Greenhills Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, was withdrawn at £505,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.

In Co Cork, the Priory, a five-bedroom period house on 11 acres at Great Island, Cobh, was sold after auction for more than £1,050,000 by joint agents Michael Daniels and Ganly Walters.

In commercial sales, a three-storey over basement office building at 54 Upper Leeson Street in Dublin 4 was withdrawn at £1.05 million by Lisney which sold it later for £1.1 million.

In Ballybrack, Co Dublin, a commercial building at 32 Church Road, was withdrawn by Druker Fanning which is quoting over £400,000. A retail building with 14 apartments at 72/76 Queen Street, Dublin 7, was withdrawn at £2.31 million and is under negotiation through Lisney.

Gunne Commercial is seeking £1.6 million for 81/83 Main Street, Cavan, following its withdrawal from auction at £1.2 million.

In Dunmore East, Co Waterford, Dunmore East Harbour House Hotel has been sold for about £1 million through O'Shea O'Toole & Partners. Also in Co Waterford, The Cove Bar, situated at Dunmore Road, was sold at auction for £1.35 million through John Rohan.
