TWO infill housing sites in Dublin are to be auctioned next month. The Gunne agency has begun marketing a site of 1.04 acres and a semi-detached house at Nutgrove Park, off Clonskeagh Road, Dublin 14. Garvan Walsh of the agency values the house between £150,000 and £200,000 and is quoting a guideline price of £850,000 to £900,000 for the entire property, which goes to auction on December 12th. The site is located opposite the entrance to the UCD campus.

Donal O Buachalla expects to secure in excess of £350,000 for a corner site of 0.26 of an acre on the west side of Irishtown Road, at the junction with Dermot O'Herlihy Avenue, Ringsend, Dublin 4. The auction takes place on December 17th.
