Co Dublin: from €430,000:A new phase of the €150 million Parkview development at Stepaside, Co Dublin, is being launched today.
Located beside Belarmine and opposite Fernhill Gardens, the entire development will comprise 386 apartments and penthouses.
The selling agent Hooke and MacDonald is releasing 30 apartments with one-bed homes of 41-61sq m (440-650sq ft) priced from €340,000.
It was built by Cork-based company Fleming Construction and has views over Dublin Bay on one side and the Dublin mountains on the other.
Two-bedroom apartments of 76-90sq m (815-965sq ft) start at €430,000 and two-bed 83-100sq m (890sq ft-1,075sq ft) penthouse apartments cost from €525,000 and three-bed penthouse apartments measuring 105-118sq m (1,100-1,270sq ft) start at €640,000.
Prices have remained static since the last launch at Parview in April.
The agent says that all apartments will be ready for occupation by November. Designed by architects Paul Duignan and Associates, there are six apartment buildings over three tiers built into the slope. Parking is underground behind electronically controlled gates.
Apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchens with stone worktops, fully integrated appliances and fitted wardrobes.
Main bedrooms are en suite and there's a utility room off the hall plumbed and fitted with a washing machine. Glazed balconies with stainless steel handrails and timber decking are also standard.
Parkview is off the Enniskery Road, on an elevated site, close to Stepaside and a short distance from Carrickmines, Foxrock and Leopardstown. There is Luas stop at Sandyford Business Park .
