Apartments across the road from St Anne's Park in Raheny have a high-spec finish that will encourage buyers.

The new Watermill development is under way on Watermill Road, Dublin 5, a location that is convenient for the city, Dublin Airport and the park's famous rose garden.

Sherry FitzGerald New Homes will be taking bookings from noon today at an on-site marketing suite.

Developer Liberty Homes and JNP Architecture designed Watermill on a contemporary theme, with good quality materials and sleek interior fittings.

Kitchens come with polished granite worktops and top brand appliances, including steel oven and hob, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
