A large warehouse and office building at Airways Industrial Estate near Dublin Airport is for sale at £3.65 million (4.63m) through Shane Redmond Rogers Chapman. The 44,789 sq ft building includes over 8,000 sq ft of offices and is being sold by the American logistics company, Expeditors Ireland, following its decision to relcoate to larger premises at Horizon Business Park being developed by Dunloe Ewart and Aer Rianta. The Airways building stands beside Dublin Airport on a site of almost two acres.
