Architect Frank Crowley and Partners is behind the design of the scheme, where two-bed penthouses have extra large terraces and all residents have access to a communal landscaped area.

The scheme is on Clonsilla Road close to Blanchardstown town centre and Coolmine railway station. Blanchardstown will eventually benefit from the government's €34 billion Transport 21 scheme which will see the Metro stop close to the Blanchardstown centre.
