In the same week as the Balbriggan bypass opened, Howard Holdings has begun development work on a high quality business park on the edge of the north Co Dublin town. The £15 million park on the Balbriggan inner relief road will be within 20 minutes of Dublin Airport and a few minutes more to the M50. The park will have 24 business/light industrial units to be completed early next year. The buildings will range in size from 2,200 sq ft to 6,600 sq ft and will be available for sale from £143,000 or to lease from £6 per sq ft. The joint agents, Hamilton Osborne King and Christies Business Sales, which are taking bookings for the new units, anticipate strong capital appreciation because of the quality of the buildings and the superb location. Prices are likely to be increased at a later stage.
