A hairdressing business, Zoo Hair Design, has paid a premium of £55,000 for a 1,536 sq ft shop at 35 Exchange Street, Dublin 2. The company, which is presently based in Aungier Street, will be paying a rent of £19,000 per annum. Keiron Diamond of Ganly Walters negotiated the lease for the tenant and Druker Fanning advised the vendors.
