UNDERWATER SPINTwo Russian brothers have invented a yellow underwater motorcycle. The Aqua Star has two motors. The second motor serves to regulate the motorcycle's position underwater by pressing and holding a button, and lets the motorcycle hang at any point and turn around on the spot.
The water bike can also move in different directions, and can be used at a depth of up to 12 metres at a speed of up to 7km/h. A helmet is attached to the motorcycle which is equipped with an air supply system.
But you might not see this water machine making an appearance at our local swimming pools because the developers say that this bike will be more useful for diving centres.
STREET FIGHTING MACHINE
The ever-popular Suzuki Bandit has been transformed with the introduction of the Bandit 1250 Street Fighter special edition. Based on the new big-bore naked Bandit, the special edition features traditional street-fighter cross-braced Renthal handlebars, a Yoshimura silencer and a single seat cowling.
"The Bandit is one of the few product ranges in motorcycling that has evolved and captured new audiences over the years," according to Suzuki's Paul de Lusignan. "With the ultra-torquey 1250 motor, the naked Bandit returns to its origins offering great naked performance."
Available across the water only in UK Suzuki dealers, priced £5,499, which is around €7,800.
