Such is the devotion to Apple products that Apple fans sit and wait for updates on their products like pining lovers. As well as the latest version of the iPhone there was a good update on their laptop range and you can now have a compact 13 version of their super-fast Mac Book Pro for just €1,149 which is pretty good value for such a powerful machine. You get added extras on the new version like a built-in SD card slot and it also comes with a 7-hour battery life.
A superb all-rounder.

Polar has released a new version of its popular trainer for cyclists and elite athletes. RS800CX PTE features allow athletes to enhance their training by providing personalised data about their body and exercise technique. Amongst some of its performance features, the RS800CX PTE can include GPS route tracking with the addition of the G3 GPS sensor or speed and distance measurements for runners with the s3 stride sensors. All it doesnt do is get you off the couch, sadly.

Handy for those with a poor sense of direction. Portable enough to fit on a key-ring, the ECCO can direct its user back to three different locations. Push the “lock” button on the keychain to save your physical location before leaving, and on heading back, click the “return” button and an arrow steers you back to your starting point – updating once every second and displaying the distance to your destination. Perfect for finding tents, crowded campsites and lost cars.
TomTom iPhone kit

If you have an iPhone you might want to think twice before buying a sat-nav system because coming in the summer is the TomTom kit for iPhone.
You will be able to download a TomTom application for the iPhone and a specially designed kit to hold your device to the window. The software itself will be an Apple version of TomTom’s turn-by-turn navigation software, including IQ Routes and all the latest maps from Tele Atlas.
