HardShoulder:A British teenager who recorded himself driving at speeds of up to 210km/h and put the clip on the YouTube website was given a four-month suspended sentence and ordered to do 210 hours community service.
Danny Hyde (18) from Stowmarket, Suffolk was also banned from driving for 18 months.
In the footage, which has been removed from Youtube, Hyde passes trucks and a motorbike on a dual carriageway near Ipswich.
The case is believed to be the most severe sentence ever following an incident of dangerous driving that was then posted on the internet.
In November, a 19-year-old man who issued an internet challenge to boy racers to speed in a residential road in Cheltenham was fined £140 (€185) for careless driving.
