The doors are still open, however, and a sale is running: you'll find furniture from the shop as well as pieces from O'Hagan Design and stock from Brown Thomas (O'Hagan supplied furniture there for a time). There's a wonderful collection of items, perfectly designed and top quality (although some slightly scuffed display items are included). Many pieces are classics in the making and some are from relatively recent collections by Cassina, B&B Italia, Poliform and Flos. The stockrooms are being cleared, which means this expensive furniture is now a little more affordable. For example, a B&B Italia set of four dining chairs were €4,740 and are now €1,995; a large Machalke leather sofa was €6,129 and is now €2,995. There are also plenty of smaller items for a couple of hundred euro. No word on how long the sale shop will remain open, so pay a visit sooner rather than later.
