This company once put on regular musical productions in the Cobalt Cafe on North Great George's Street and it's to this location that they return from Wednesday, August 13th to Saturday, August 16th. The cast of actors and singers - Michelle Donnelly, John Mathews and James Barry, with Margot Doherty on piano - perform in the atmospheric ground-floor rooms of No 16, a Georgian building, with their audience seated around small, candlelit, cafe-style tables.

The show is directed by Alan Kinsella and includes Coward's best-known songs, including Mrs Worthington, I've Been to a Marvellous Party, Mad about the Boy, Mad Dogs and Englishmen, The Party's Over Now, all performed with dramatic costume changes and a good dollop of camp. The songs are interspersed with scenes from Coward's play Private Lives (left). The experience is intimate, fun and very entertaining. The Cobalt Cafe is located at 16 North Great George's Street, Dublin 1, and tickets cost €20. You can book on 01-8730313.
