Vienna

Art WeekDuring Vienna Art Week, the city will host tours, lectures, exhibitions and studio open houses. In all, 50 events will be staged by 45 exhibitors. Various venues. November 17th-23rd. www.viennaartweek.com.

Jewellery ExhibitionIn cooperation with New York's Neue Galerie, the Wien Museum Karlsplatz will display up to 40 items of jewellery (made between 1903 and 1920) in an exhibition titled Sparklers. Emilie Flöge and the jewellery of the Wiener Werkstätte. Items include brooches, necklaces, pendants and diadems. Among the objects on display will be two brooches made by Josef Hoffmann in 1905 and 1907. From November 13th to February 22nd. www.wienmuseum.at.
