AUTUMN WALKING:A gentle weekend walking break is on offer at Lough Inagh Lodge Hotel, Co Galway from November 14th to 17th.
The two-day itinerary consists of a pleasant woodland walk on day one of about 13km and an ascent of Diamond Hill in Connemara National Park on day two (around 8km).

WALK CUBA FOR MS IRELAND
In Ireland, over 8,000 people have multiple sclerosis. MS Ireland has organised a fund-raising walk in Cuba to take place from November 21st to December 3rd. The target for the walk is for each person to raise €4,950.
