A round-up of today's other stories in brief
Seeking cyclists
TEN cyclists are needed to make up the numbers for a fundraising challenge in aid of National Council for the Blind of Ireland in September. The 4City Cycle Challenge, from September 7th to 10th, is over 400km and takes in Dublin, Galway, Limerick and Cork. Forty have signed up so far, but more are needed. The cost is €100 deposit and €695 to follow in sponsorship, and that includes B&B and all meals as well as support on the road. ncbi.ie/4-city, 1850-334353
