The Twelve (www.thetwelve hotel.ie), an award-winning boutique hotel, is calling the new package Licensed to Thrill and is marketing it as a “stocking stuffer” for women whose men fancy living out a James Bond fantasy.
The indoor action will take place in Suite XII, which boasts an open fireplace that lights with the flick of a switch, personalised bathrobes, double glass shower for two and huge Jacuzzi, giant plasma with surround sound, and cocktail bar. Guests will begin living the Bond lifestyle from the moment they arrive at the Twelve with a complimentary bottle of chilled Dom Pérignon, bespoke Martinis (shaken or stirred) and a variety of Cuban cigars waiting alongside an in-room casino.
For the exterior shots, day or night, a Bentley Arnage complete with chauffeur will be on hand to cater for any transport needs.
To look the part, the gentlemen will be driven to a fitting with the tailor Louis Copeland, who will design a bespoke suit to their taste before being transported to Blacoe Jewellers to select a watch and cufflinks.
Dinners in West Restaurant, spa pampering and, at any time in 2009, racing at Mondello Park and parachute jumping round off the package.
