Geneva - A Swiss judge yesterday charged three people with corruption in connection with a case against the former prime minister of Pakistan, Ms Benazir Bhutto, and her family, a Pakistani investigator said.
Investigating magistrate, Mr Daniel Devaud, indicted Mr Hans Fischer, former manager of Societe Generale de Surveillance, Mr Jens Schlegelmilch, the agent of Ms Bhutto, and Mr Robert Massey, managing director of Cotecna, on money laundering charges. The charges were linked to payment of commission, said the chairman of Pakistan's accountability cell, Senator Saif-Ur-Rehman.
