Three men were arrested after sectarian violence flared in Portadown, Co Armagh, on Saturday night.
RUC officers had to separate the Protestant and Catholic factions at Woodhouse Street, which links the nationalist Obins Street with the town centre. Around 40 people were involved in the clashes which started shortly after 7 p.m. Two police officers and one civilian were slightly injured in the disturbances.
