Huntsville, Texas - A man who castrated and killed an advertising salesman for a Texas television station in 1986 was executed by lethal injection on Wednesday. Ricky Green (36) was pronounced dead at 6:31 p.m. after chemicals were injected into his right arm at a state prison. He was the 31st person executed in Texas this year, the most in the state's history.
