A 34-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Mr Joseph Cummins who was shot in Tallaght on Wednesday, it emerged this evening.
The man who has not yet been named is due to appear before a sitting of the Dublin District Court in the morning.
Two other people who were being questioned in connection with the shooting have been released and a file has been sent to the DPP.
