Heroin with a potential street value of €350,000 was seized in Dublin yesterday evening.
Gardai seize heroin worth €350,000 in Dublin
A man in his 20s is being questioned about the haul, which was found during a planned search of a house in Marrowbone Lane Close, Dublin 8.
The search was conducted at 7.30pm by officers from Kevin Street Garda station and the Kilmainham Drugs Units.
The man is being held in Kevin Street under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act. The heroin weighed 1.5kg and will be analysed to ascertain its value.
