Six people were found dead in what police described last as a graphic murder scene in an apartment building in a Vancouver suburb.
The bodies were discovered in a condominium in Surrey by emergency personnel who were called to the scene for a reported natural gas leak, police said.
All victims were adults and police describe the scene to local media as a "graphic homicide." The victims were not immediately identified.
The reported gas leak caused chaos during the evening rush hour, forcing the closure of roads near the building as well as a station on Vancouver's Skytrain mass transit system.
