A 14-year-old west Belfast boy accused of attempted murder has been granted bail to continue his schooling.
The boy, who cannot be named because of his age, was allowed to continue his school studies, as Belfast High Court judge Mr Justice McCloskey said his education “would be seriously disrupted” if he was kept in custody.
The teenager is charged with the shooting of John Delaney in Lagmore on the outskirts of west Belfast on August 8th, as well as possession of a firearm, criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon in public.
