Dartington - The "superyoung" maintain their looks by staying nimble in body and mind and enjoying a full sex life, a leading expert on ageing said yesterday.
After spending 10 years studying 3,500 youthful-looking people around the world, Dr David Weeks, principal neuropsychologist at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, has come up with his formula for fresh-faced longevity. "The secret is to be active in mind and body and pay a lot of attention to your sex life," he told an elderly audience.
