Irish-owned aircraft maintenance firm Eirtech Aviation is to create 71 jobs at Dublin airport over the next three years.
The company will move into Hangar Three at the airport, and will provide aircraft refurbishment, painting and engineering to commercial airline, private and business class aircraft operators, and aircraft leasing companies.
The firm is a subsidiary of Shannon-based Eirtech Aviation, which formed following a management buy-out of Lufthansa Technik Painting Shannon last year.
The investment is being supported by Enterprise Ireland.
Announcing the jobs this morning, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation Batt O'Keeffe said it was a significant indication of the airport's capacity to attract maintenance firms and create high-quality jobs.
"Eirtech Aviation is the latest Irish-owned aircraft maintenance company to establish in Dublin Airport and that will strengthen our reputation for high-quality maintenance services for the aviation industry worldwide," he said.
Dublin Airport Authority said there were now commitments in place for all six of the former SR Technics hangars in the airport.
There was further good news for Dublin jobseekers with the announcement that Audi Ireland is making a €1.4 million investment in a new service centre in south Dublin. The centre will employ up to 30 people when it opens in July.
