The republican dissident group, the 32-County Sovereignty Movement, has called for an alternative peace strategy to The Way Forward document proposed by the British and Irish governments.
In a statement last night, a spokesman for the group, Mr Rory Dougan, said many "sincere republicans within the Provisional movement feel betrayed" by the Stormont proposals.
"All republicans should engage in a sincere and honest review and begin to formulate an alternative strategy to Stormont which redirects pressure back upon the British," he said.
