Ms Claribel Delgado (31) with an address at Broomstreet, New York, pleaded guilty at Ennis District Court to assaulting a member of the Continental Airlines flight and also to a second charge of behaviour likely to cause serious offence or annoyance to any person on the flight.
Ms Delgado was arrested following the incident on the New Jersey to Shannon flight yesterday and was taken to Shannon Garda Station for questioning.
