South Africa's ruling African National Congress is to send a high-level delegation to Dublin to assist in the Northern Ireland peace process, the party announced in Johannesburg yesterday.
The delegation will visit Dublin at the request of Sinn Fein and British Labour Party members, the ANC national chairman, Mr Terror Lekota, told a press conference.
The delegation is to include the Constitutional Affairs Minister, Mr Valli Moosa, a legal expert, Mr Matthews Phosa, and a former ANC leader, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa.
