Brussels - Bones found in the Hungarian house of the Rev Andras Pandy, the Belgian pastor accused of murdering six family members, came from animals, not humans, police said yesterday. "We have no evidence that he killed anyone in Hungary," the chief commissioner of the Budapest police force said in a television interview.
Police announced on Friday that a "significant quantity of bones" were found in a house Mr Pandy owned in Hungary, after inheriting it from his sister.
Mr Pandy (71) was arrested in October on charges that he murdered two ex-wives and four of his eight children. Police found bones from four different human bodies in one of his three Brussels homes.
