B of I unit buys 50% of UK retail centre

Bank of Ireland's Private Banking unit has purchased a 50 per cent stake in the New Mersey Retail Park in Liverpool for its clients.

The stake was bought from Hercules Unit Trust who will continue to hold the remaining 50 per cent stake.
